Dr. Bridgette Mann D.C. has a passion for treating active individuals as well as educating patients on the importance of movement and overall wellness. She is trained and certified in a wide variety of treatment techniques in order to give her patients the necessary care they need. These techniques include; Myomatrix Release Technique (MMR)- muscle and fascia release, Nimmo Trigger Point Therapy, Functional Movement Screening/Assessment, Rocktape/Kinesiotaping, Cupping, Graston/Connectx, Custom Stabilizing Orthotics fittings, and Sports and Human Performance Training. Dr. Mann also enjoys many things outside of the office such as playing golf and basketball, fishing, biking, and spending time with her friends and family.
Dr. Mann grew up in the Pocono Mountain region of Pennsylvania where she had an active involvement in her community and athletics. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton where she majored in Biology. While at the University of Scranton, she held a chairman position in the Health Professions Organization as well as served as a captain for the Women’s Basketball team.
After graduating with her Bachelor’s degree she attended New York Chiropractic College (Northeast College of Health Sciences). While at NYCC, Dr. Mann served as her cohort’s Student Government Secretary and conducted her outpatient clinical rotations in Buffalo, NY where she worked numerous 5k’s and half marathons treating runners as well as treating students/athletes at the University at Buffalo.
Dr. Mann also had the distinct honor to travel to Florida for 3 months to serve in a clinical clerkship at the Bay Pines Medical VA Center where she treated veterans and active duty individuals.
